Méra Luxe Policies 2026 - Version 3

No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment.

To ensure fairness to all clients & allow appointments to be offered to those on our waiting list, the following policy applies to ALL clinic & studio bookings.

  • All clinic appointments require a small non-refundable deposit. You may also choose to pay in full during the booking process.
  • All studio appointments (in person & online) paid in full upfront & are non-refundable.
  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Changes requested within 48 hours of the appointment are not eligible for rescheduling, credit, or refund.

No-Shows

  • Failure to attend a booked appointment without notice will result in the appointment being forfeited & no refunds, credit, or rescheduling will be offered.
  • Clinic slots will be charged 50% of the total appointment value.
  • Any exceptions to this policy are made solely at the discretion of Méra Luxe.
